Write a review This is a great house for family and kids. Nice bedrooms, large kitchen, great deck with ocean views, and plenty of space to eat. We would rent this house again when returning to Corolla. We had a ladies'week and it was great.Saw horses on the beach in 4x4 part. Very relaxing. This is my first experience in Corolla, NC and the Kelly's Beach Retreat is in OBX PRIME location. Mr. Kelly was outstanding to work with, and the house was extremely large with all sorts of ammentities included. You honestly only have to put food in the fridge, linens for the beds and swim suits for the beach which is a hop, skip and jump away. I would highly recommend this rental property during any month of the year. Wow all time record high temperatures for April and a great place to stay made for one of the best weeks our families have ever had. The house was immaculate and has everything you need for a great week. The beach chairs and sand cart were a great help in getting us off each day to the BEAUTIFUL BEACH. Outside shower and faucets were great and the rooms were very comfortable. I hope someday to come back here and relive this past week. Thanks again for letting us stay at your beautiful home. We have gathered as a family at this property several times over the last few years. The house is spacious, clean, and a very easy walk to the beach. We have chosen it repeatedly because it met our needs so well. We had a fabulous time in Corolla. The house was wonderful and very spacious. It was a short walk to the beach and very convenient to shopping. I will come back and stay at the Kelly's beach house again. My friends and I had a wonderful trip. My husband and I had a nice five days at Kelly's Beach Retreat with our Australian shepherd. It was great to walk to the beach a few times a day and enjoy the sun on Kelly's large deck where you can hear the waves. Plenty of nice lounge chairs added to the enjoyment. The kitchen had everything we needed, (pots, dishes, utensils, etc.) plus lots of dining space. Plenty of TV's and the wireless Internet worked great. The proximity to nice grocery stores and shops is excellent, no time wasted driving around. The owner, Glenn, was a pleasure to deal with,efficient with no realtors involved! This was our third year at the house and once again we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accomodations are great and we feel like we are at home. The walk to the beach is short and the beach is not crowded. The deck is our favorite spot to sit and enjoy the evening after a day in the sun or visiting the nearby lighthouses. Kelly's Beach Retreat offers a very reasonably priced 5 bedroom home with nice features, private views and a short walk to the ocean. Our family also enjoyed the spacious eating area and large deck in the rear of the house. A great place to stay with close proximity to lots of attractions. Kelly's Beach Retreat is just that a ==delight. The house is well equipped as like we were home. Pretty much everthing you need the Kelly's have for you. The administration stuff is nicely done via the US Mail and email. With Mr Kelly being very responsive to inquires and needs. We have been there 3 times with additional enhancements each time. The Kelly's take pride in their home which is a "win" for the vacationers!Plus the weather was great w/o 8/16 even with BILL off the coast! We enjoyed a wonderful vacation with other family members at Kelly's Beach Retreat. The house was in excellent shape and very, very well furnished. Convenient to shopping and restaurants and a short walk to the beach. This house meets all are needs. Is well equipped,clean and just the right size for several families. We enjoy the many decks and the big "sand box" under and beside the house. Beaches are easily accessible and nice. We enjoy the wildlife. Great value for a great vacation! We have been going to Kelly's Beach Retreat for many years. The house is always clean, conveniently located, and child friendly. We are a family of five and this lovely beach house will not break your budget. We look forward to visiting each year. This was a great location. Easy access to all the major amenities in the area and close to the beach. This rental property was so warm and inviting that it felt like a second home. I also enjoyed working with the owner. He was professional, yet friendly which made the rental process simple, quick, and easy. I would definitely recommend renting this home. Just got back from Corolla and our stay at Kelly's Beach Retreat. This was our first time to the Outer Banks and it could not have been better. Property is great - clean and well-appointed. Very short walk to the beach, very quiet neighborhood, close to shops and restaurants. We are planning to go again next year!
