Rental Process:
All the paperwork is done through the mail.
No time is wasted checking in or checking out.
Step 1: After checking the availability email me (preferred) or call me to reserve your week. I need
your home address and your home and cell phone numbers.
Step 2: I will email you a copy of your contract and send you an invoice through PayPal for $200 to

Step 3: Once I receive the funds in PayPal, I reserve your week and send you two contracts with some
general information.
Step 4: You sign and return one contract back to me with the deposit check (1/2 of weekly rate) within
two weeks.
Step 5: I send you a confirmation letter with a reminder on when the final payment is required (30 days
before rental week).
Step 6: After I receive the final payment, I send you 2 keys, directions, a map, and a list of things to do.
Step 7: After returning home, you send me the keys.
Step 8: Within 30 days I return your $200 security deposit back through PayPal.
