Rental Process:
We do all the paperwork through the mail.
No time is wasted checking in or checking out.
Step 1: After checking the availability (home page in yellow) email me or call
me to reserve your week. I need your home address and phone # .
Step 2: I send you two contracts and some general information.
Step 3: You return one contract back to me with the reservation deposit
check (1/2 of weekly rate)
Step 4: I send you a confirmation letter with a reminder on when the final
payment is required (30 days before rental week).
Step 5: After I receive the final payment, I send you 2 keys, directions, a
map, and a list of things to do.
Step 6: After returning home, you send me the keys.
Step 7: Within 30 days I send you back your $200 security deposit.
